- Retail sales recovered vs last month, to deliver a flat October 2023 compared to October 2022. This put
Knightsbridge ahead of its comparators who all declined, ranging from King’s Road at -9% to Marylebone at -13%. - Behind the flat sales were similar trends to last month. An -18% fall in Average Revenue Per Customer (ARPC)
offset a +22% growth in customers. - On a Year-to-Date basis, Knightsbridge’s 2023 sales remain +2% ahead of 2022, ahead of King’s Road, but behind
Marylebone and Sloane Square. - Of the three largest retail sectors, which account for over 90% of sales, Food & Drink saw sales growth of +44%
compared to October 2022, Fashion was +42% growth, while General Retail declined -10%. On a YTD
basis, Fashion is +36% and Food & Drink is +14% above 2022, while General Retail is down -4%. - Share of sales to customers from Rest Of GB dropped further, 61% in October 2023 vs 68% in October 2022.
- The share of sales to customers from Greater London was 14%, up from 4% in October 2022.
