Knightsbridge Partnership Launches Business Plan for the Next Five Years

Knightsbridge Partnership has launched its Business Plan for 2026–2031, setting out an ambitious vision for the next chapter of one of the world’s most iconic luxury destinations.

The plan was launched last night at the Paradox Museum with over 60 Knightsbridge businesses, property owners and key stakeholders coming together to mark the start of an important new phase for the district.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the evening, and to Michael Ward, Chair of the Knightsbridge Partnership Board and Managing Director at Harrods, Cllr Paul Swaddle, Leader of Westminster City Council, and Cllr Emma Will, Deputy Leader of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, for sharing their support on the evening.

Four pillars for the next chapter

The Business Plan is built around four key pillars that the Partnership will deliver on over the next five years: Protect, Enrich, Thrive and Promote.

  • Protect: strengthening business and district resilience, including increased Street Team capacity and a strengthened Business Crime Reduction Unit.
  • Enrich: delivering outstanding place management, anchored by the £75 million Place and Public Realm Strategy, more day-to-day place management resource and the delivery of the Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan.
  • Thrive: providing practical, cost-saving services and professional development to help businesses prosper.
  • Promote: positioning Knightsbridge as a world-leading luxury destination on the global stage to ddrive footfall and spend.

Michael Ward, Chair of the Knightsbridge Partnership Board, described the plan as representing “a once-in-a-generation opportunity” to accelerate the momentum built over the past five years.

Cllr Paul Swaddle praised the Partnership as “one of the most effective models of public-private collaboration in London.”

Cllr Emma Will spoke to its day-to-day impact on the district, noting that Knightsbridge “is not just a postcode or a commercial proposition, it is a neighbourhood.”
