Knightsbridge Partnership Launches its Young Professionals Network

On Tuesday 30th September, the Knightsbridge Partnership proudly launched its Young Professionals Network at The Capital Hotel, marking the beginning of a transformative 10-month leadership development programme for emerging talent in the district.

Developed in partnership with social enterprise 2-3 Degrees, the programme is designed to equip 20 young professionals under 30 with the skills, confidence, and connections needed to thrive in their early careers. The launch event welcomed participants from a range of Knightsbridge-based businesses, including The Mandarin Hotel, Burberry, Bulgari and Harvey Nichols, all at the start of their leadership journeys.

The programme will feature nine interactive workshops delivered by expert facilitators from 2-3 Degrees, covering themes such as public speaking, resilience, purposeful productivity, and developing leadership styles. Each session is designed to foster personal growth, professional readiness, and peer-to-peer learning in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Rebecca Handley, Director of Place and Environment at Knightsbridge Partnership, shared her enthusiasm for the initiative:

“The Young Professionals Network is about investing in the future leaders of Knightsbridge—giving them the tools, support and inspiration to grow both personally and professionally. Our partnership with 2-3 Degrees has brought a fresh and impactful approach to leadership development. The feedback after the first session has been extremely positive and we can’t wait to see how our young professionals evolve over the coming months.”
