Knightsbridge Partnership offer UK’s pioneering business training hub in partnership with SEEDL

Knightsbridge Partnership has today announced the launch of its business training hub THRIVE. The innovative training hub offers all employees that work in businesses who are members of the Knightsbridge Partnership free unlimited access to over 200 live courses at any given time. The learning solution offers topics that will enable local employees to learn new skills, improve productivity and help businesses in Knightsbridge succeed.

“With so many types of businesses in our district, THRIVE is a great way for us to address the varied learning needs of retailers and professional services firms alike,” Rebecca Handley, Director of Place and Environment for Knightsbridge Partnership said. “Employees of our business members can choose from a range of subjects including Health and Safety, Compliance right though to Customer Excellence and Leadership”

Rebecca continued. “On completing a course, the employee can download a Knightsbridge Partnership completion of learning certificate, helping those staff evidence their personal development”.

The courses on THRIVE are uniquely all live interactive webinars, allowing local employees to make a date to learn on a flexible basis, accessing webinars from their home, office or any of Knightsbridge’s many hospitality venues.

Our business training solution is launched in partnership with SEEDL, a world pioneering ‘Virtual Live Learning Subscription Service’.

Joanna Nash, SEEDL’s Chief Learning Officer said, “SEEDL has grown rapidly since its launch and we’re really excited to do more to support town and city centre economies. Our partnership with Knightsbridge Partnership is really going to be game changing for businesses in the area.

Nash added, “SEEDL and Knightsbridge Partnership will help retain employees across the district and attract leading talent to work here. With learning being such a key part of candidate attraction and retention, we’re delighted to help these local businesses have a competitive edge. We will also be running mental wellness offerings which is something so many businesses have been asking us to offer during our research exercise”.

Knightsbridge Partnership’s training hub is now live, and business members will be allowed to sign all of their employees up to the service for free.
