Property Owners and Agents Gather for Knightsbridge Place & Public Realm Strategy Briefing

On Tuesday 30th June, the Knightsbridge Partnership hosted a briefing event for property owners and commercial agents at the Bvlgari Hotel London cinema, showcasing the Knightsbridge Place & Public Realm Strategy and the transformational change a £75 million investment in our district could deliver.

Investing in places so they are resilient for the future has never mattered more. Global competition between leading destinations has intensified, and the quality of our streets and spaces increasingly shapes where people choose to visit, spend time, and invest. The strategy sets out how a coordinated, district-wide approach to the public realm can secure Knightsbridge’s position among the world’s leading destinations for decades to come.

Panel Discussion

We were grateful to be joined by a panel of speakers who shared their perspectives on the value of place-based investment:

  • Steven Medway, Chief Executive, Knightsbridge Partnership
  • Dan Johnson, Knightsbridge Project Director, Attis
  • Jace Tyrrell, Chief Executive, Opportunity London
  • Ellie Evans, Senior Partner, Volterra Partners LLP
  • James Stoll, Director of Asset Management, Cadogan
  • Julie Clark, Sponsorship Manager, Transport for London

Together, the panel explored how investment in the public realm drives commercial performance, strengthens asset values, and shapes the long-term competitiveness of world-class districts.

What does success look like?

In five years, we want Knightsbridge to be recognised as an exemplar of place-based partnership working — performing at the very highest level internationally.

This is a collective endeavour, and no single organisation can deliver it alone. We are presenting an opportunity for others to be part of reimagining Knightsbridge and to help shape the next phase of this journey.
